I founded GlowUpGurlz because I wanted to help other people achieve the life of their dreams. I know it’s possible because I did it! I used my gifts to take me from my old life—working at a job I hated, not loving what I saw in the mirror, and anxiety through the roof—to the life I have now— doing what I love for work, creating the healthiest relationship I have with myself, and emotionally grounded. Everyone has the ability to do exactly what I did, and here you will find the tools to do so. 

I am a clair-gifted spiritual practitioner who specializes in psychic readings, energy healing, and manifestation. I come from a family of lightworkers and grew up mainly clarisentient. But, as I got older, my other clair gifts (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance, and clairalience) strengthened. After years of helping myself, friends, and family navigate the insights I received, I finally decided to use my gifts to help the other wonderful beings that walk this Earth. I am predominantly a no-tools intuitive psychic and rely heavily on my clair gifts during our sessions.
